Application

Request sent to landlord. Decision usually takes 2-3 business days after Tenant Screening is paid.

Approval & Lease

Once approved, we review all terms of the Lease Agreement to ensure you are fully protected.

Deposit & Move-in

Payment of security deposit and first month's rent. Keys are handed over once funds are received.

Move-in Inventory

Complete the inventory form upon possession to document existing damages and protect your deposit.
